If the app crashes on launch, clear the app cache by going to Settings → Apps → ceri → Storage → Clear Cache, then restart the app. If you see a certificate warning on Android, this is normal for APK downloads outside the Play Store; tap "Install" to proceed. If the app is slow or freezes, check your internet connection and close any other apps consuming bandwidth. If you cannot log in after installation, verify that your username and password are correct; if you've forgotten your password, use the password-reset link on the login screen. App Permissions, Data Use, and Account Security

The ceri app requests permission to access your device's camera (for KYC photo verification), microphone (if you use live chat support), and location (to verify you are in a jurisdiction where our services are available).
