Your account on ceri holds your personal data, payment methods, session history, and preferences across all game categories. Account settings let you manage who can access your profile, which payment channels are linked, and how you receive notifications.

We separate account settings into five areas: Profile (name, email, phone), Security (password, login history, two-factor auth), Payments (linked cards, wallets, bank accounts), Notifications (email, SMS, in-app alerts), and Session Controls (timeout, device limits). Each section is independent, so you can update your phone number without touching payment methods, or disable notifications for football markets while keeping live-table alerts active.

Profile Settings on ceri

Your ceri profile contains your registered name, email address, phone number, and residential address. This information is verified during KYC (Know Your Customer) signup and used to match your deposit and withdrawal payment methods.

To edit your name on ceri, click Settings → Profile → Edit Name. If your legal name has changed (due to marriage, adoption, or other reason), upload a new government ID showing the updated name. Our compliance team reviews the change within one business day. Until approval, your old name remains on file; once verified, all future transactions use the new name.

Your email address is your primary login credential on ceri. To change it, go to Profile → Email and enter a new address. We send a confirmation link to the new email; click it within 24 hours to activate the change. Your old email stops working as a login immediately after you confirm the new one.

Phone number changes on ceri require re-verification. If you move from Jakarta to Semarang or change providers, update your phone in Profile → Phone Number. We send an SMS with a one-time code; enter it to confirm. This code expires in subject to verification. If you do not receive it, request a new code via the same page.

Security Settings and Login Protection

ceri security settings include password management, login history, two-factor authentication (2FA), and device trust. To change your password, go to Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice. The new password must be at least 8 characters with mixed case and numbers.

Your login history on ceri shows every successful login with device type, location, and timestamp. If you see a login you do not recognize—for example, a login from Medan when you live in Bandung—contact our support team immediately. We can force-logout that session and reset your password.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) on ceri adds a security layer. After you enable 2FA, every login requires both your password and a code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) or SMS. To enable 2FA, go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and follow the setup wizard. Save your backup codes in a safe place; if you lose your authenticator app, these codes let you regain access.

ceri security tip: Enable 2FA if you play high-stake tables or hold large account balances. The extra step takes seconds but prevents unauthorized access.

Device trust on ceri lets you mark a device (phone, laptop, tablet) as trusted. On first login from a new device, we ask for an SMS verification code. After you enter it, that device is trusted for 30 days; subsequent logins skip the code step. You can revoke device trust anytime in Settings → Security → Trusted Devices.

Linking Payment Methods on ceri

ceri accepts DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). To link a payment method, go to Settings → Payments → Add Payment Method. Select the method type and follow the verification steps.

For mobile wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), we request your registered phone number. Our system verifies it matches your ceri phone number. mobile banking requires a local payment member ID. online payment asks for a merchant reference; banks provide this when you register for e-wallet services.

Bank accounts on ceri must be registered in your legal name (matching your KYC documents). To add mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, enter your account number and branch code. We perform a microdeposit verification: we send a small amount (a few thousand rupiah) to your bank account. Within 1–3 business days, check your bank statement for the exact amount and enter it on ceri to confirm. Once verified, your bank account is linked.

Linking multiple payment methods on ceri gives you flexibility; you can deposit via mobile banking and withdraw to your local payment account without linking them directly to each other.

You can link up to 5 payment methods per account on ceri. To remove a method, go to Settings → Payments → Linked Methods, find the method, and click Remove. If you have an active withdrawal request pending to that method, you cannot remove it until the request settles or is cancelled.

Notification Preferences on ceri

ceri sends notifications for account activity (login, withdrawal request), game events (table open, bonus trigger), and promotional messages. Manage these in Settings → Notifications.

Email notifications cover login alerts, withdrawal status, account updates, and (optionally) promotional offers. SMS alerts notify you of withdrawal requests and login from new devices. In-app notifications pop up when you are logged in on ceri and a table you follow opens, or when a withdrawal is ready.

You can toggle each notification type on/off independently. For example, you might want email for withdrawals but not promotions, SMS for logins but not in-app for table openings. During Idul Fitri or other regional holidays, ceri may reduce notification frequency to respect holiday observance; this is configurable in Settings.

Notification options on ceri

  • Email: login alerts, withdrawals, account changes, promotions.
  • SMS: withdrawal requests, new device logins, urgent account alerts.
  • In-app: live-table openings, bonus triggers, game notifications.
  • Each type is independently toggleable in Settings → Notifications.
  • Unsubscribe links appear on all emails and SMS; opting out takes effect within 1 hour.

Session Timeout and Device Limits

ceri session timeout sets how long you can remain logged in without activity before automatic logout. The default is subject to verification. To change it, go to Settings → Session Controls → Idle Timeout and select 15, 30, 60, or subject to verification. Shorter timeouts are safer on shared devices; longer timeouts are convenient on personal devices.

Activity on ceri includes any action: clicking a button, placing a bet, opening a menu. If you are idle (no clicks, no page load) for the duration you set, you are logged out. When you return to ceri, you must log in again with your password (and 2FA code if enabled).

Device limits on ceri let you restrict how many devices can be logged in simultaneously. The default is 3 devices. If you log in from a fourth device, ceri asks which previous login to end. This prevents someone else from accessing your account on a rogue device. You can lower the limit to 1 (only one device at a time) or raise it to 5 if you use many devices (phone, tablet, laptop, home computer, work computer).

Address Verification and Document Upload

ceri verifies your address during KYC signup. If you move—for example, from Bandung to Surabaya—update your address in Settings → Profile → Residential Address. Upload a new proof of residence (utility bill, rental contract, lease letter dated within 3 months). Our compliance team reviews it within one business day.

If your legal name on the ID no longer matches your current name, upload a new government-issued ID document. ceri accepts national ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license. The document must show your photo and full legal name. Upload it as a clear photo or PDF; blurry or cropped images are rejected.

During the verification period, your account remains fully active—you can deposit, play live tables, and withdraw. Once we approve the new document, any future transactions use the updated information.

    Log in to ceri and click your profile icon → Settings.

  2. Choose a section to edit

    Profile, Security, Payments, Notifications, or Session Controls.

  3. Make your changes and save

    Some changes (email, address) require verification; others (notification preferences) take effect immediately.

  4. Verify new information if prompted

    Check email or SMS for confirmation links; click within the time limit to finalize the change.

Account Recovery and Lost Access

If you forget your ceri password, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your email address. We send a password-reset link to your email; click it within 24 hours. You will be taken to a page where you enter a new password. Once confirmed, you can log in with your new password.

If you lose access to your email on ceri, contact our support team immediately. Provide your account email, phone number, and two recent transactions or game activities for verification. Our team confirms your identity and helps you regain access. This process typically takes 24–48 hours.

If you believe your account has been compromised—unusual login activity, unauthorized withdrawals, or changed settings—force-logout all sessions immediately. Go to Settings → Security → Active Sessions and click "Logout All Devices". Then reset your password and enable 2FA if you have not already.

During high-traffic periods around Liga 1 finals or Idul Adha holidays, our support queue may extend slightly. Account recovery remains a priority; most resets complete within 4 business hours.

Support for Account Settings Issues

If you encounter trouble accessing your ceri account settings—for example, the verification code does not arrive, or a setting change does not save—our support team is available. Reach us via live chat (English and Indonesian), email, or in-app messaging. Response times are typically under subject to verification for live chat.

Common issues we resolve: SMS code delivery delays (resend codes immediately), payment method verification failures (check your bank balance confirms the microdeposit), and 2FA authenticator sync problems (reset your authenticator and regenerate backup codes).

Our support team does not store your passwords or reset them directly; you control password changes through the "Forgot Password" flow. If you need help accessing that flow—for example, you cannot receive the reset email—provide your phone number and we can verify your identity and resend the link.
